Gatwick has separate North and South Terminals. Send your flight number, travel date and arrival terminal, together with the London hotel, home or business address you are travelling to. Agree the meeting point in advance; passenger collection uses the airport’s designated pickup facilities, including Short Stay parking, rather than assuming a stop at the drop-off forecourt.
For departures, confirm the terminal with your airline and share its check-in or bag-drop deadline. A pickup from a London home, hotel or office should allow for the road journey south of the city as well as time inside the terminal. Include the number and size of bags, pushchairs or other large items so we can discuss a suitable vehicle.
Your flight details can be used to arrange flight monitoring; discuss how a delay or terminal change would affect collection. Allow time to clear arrivals and collect luggage before meeting your chauffeur. Confirm the waiting allowance, parking costs and any additional charges in your quote, and contact PRIVE if your flight or onward plans change.
